#,GOLDEN GLOBES + FASHION WEEK&/

Avatar best picture?! Never take these award shows too serious. Over the years I've come to prefer a festival like Cannes, Venice or Berlin and the awards they hand out there. That's where true cinema is celebrated.

# Best Director — James Cameron, Avatar
# Best Actress, Drama — Sandra Bullock, The Blind Side
# Best Actor, Drama — Jeff Bridges, Crazy Heart
# Best Actress, Comedy/Musical — Meryl Streep, Julie & Julia
# Best Actor, Comedy/Musical — Robert Downey Jr, Sherlock Holmes
# Best Supporting Actress — Mo’Nique, Precious
# Best Supporting Actor — Christoph Waltz, Inglourious Basterds
# Best Foreign Language Film — The White Ribbon

Men's fasion week is in full swing so if you're anywhere close to Milan and love fashion, this is the place to be!

The latest trend is to broadcast the shows live online so people who aren't so fortunate to attend the actual event can watch the show from their homes. PRADA did this and you can watch it here. Trust me, it's way better to see these clothes in motion instead of just looking at them through still photographs

This show is kind of difficult to watch though because of the runway. I prefer just one straight line instead of all these paths crossing each other. Ends up a bit chaotic.

You can also watch the amazing Burberry Prorsum (Prorsum means forwards in Latin) show here
Just follow that link. This show has one straight runway and therefore you can focus much better on the clothes.
Oooooh those trenchcoats, I'd kill for them!!!! I remember last time not being that impressed, but this collection looks really good. High collars (just how I like 'em) skinny jeans/trousers, and beautiful big boots, very army inspired. But don't be fooled though, they don't dress like this in the army! ;) Or at least not anymore :(

They play really cool music during the show as well, btw

When it comes to fashion it seems I'm much more of a fan of Fall than Spring.

Having dinner with a friend tonight and then seeing Up In The Air!
Have a good day ;)
