*#CHAPEAU!)_

Dear Danilo,
Im am impressed by this paper. The quality of reasoning is high (as is the level of English) even though I do not always agree.
I think you're 'broad/specific' distinction makes good sense. Indeed only 'specifics' are depictable, and can thus be used in film. Although I appreciate your attempt to distinguish between oxymoron X paradox, in language the difference is considered in terms of grammar: 'black snow' (oxymoron) versus 'the snow is black' (paradox). Thus the limitation may simply be un-applicable to the visual realm.
Your analyses of the themes X scenes in Gondry's film are pertinent and good.
Just one thing: why didn't you use Teng and Sun's paper on pictorial oxymoron?
But on the whole, chapeau!

Yep yep. An 8.5! Happiness all around. To answer that question about not using the Teng and Sun paper Mr. Forceville, I was just too f_cking lazy to have to re-read that bloody text again. There you have it. Glad he doesn't know :p
