I've listened to a song called No Problem on YouTube and also watched this short video



That's him. He goes by the name Perfume Genius and he looks pretty. He's also gay? Not that it matters, but it matters to me ;)

And here's some clear Edie Sedgwick interview footage I found. I was a bit Andy Warhol obsessed this afternoon. Kind of happens.



This is Chris Garneau and his voice is a bit like Sufjan's (Perfume Genius sounds like Sufjan too, a bit more even!), it sounds sweet and like a warm blanket giving you warmth on a cold night.



Sometimes things of beauty can really hurt

I like reading about people's lives I guess, that's why every now and then I enjoy reading interviews with people. Here's one with Mike Hadreas or Perfume Genius whatever you like to call him for this magazine called Dummy. I bet it's not for Dummies, but anyway, I've enjoyed reading this back and forth e-mail type of interview in which both interviewer and interviewee share bits and pieces of their lives. Makes me feel like a bit of a peeping Tom. It's nice they're so open about things so private.

$*ME AND MY DEAD ACTION SAMPLER_+

On Thursday I tried to fix my 4 Lens Lomo Action Sampler, so I unscrewed the thing, but now I don't know how to screw it back together. I don't think I managed to fix it either. I have ordered another one from eBay today.

This post is actually a bit old as it took me ages to get this video on the internet, the file was way too big for Vimeo and took way too long for YouTube. Fortunately Dailymotion was there to help out!

The quality of this video is way better than my previous webcam vid because I made it at my parent's place on their laptop. So that's why ;)

&%PAPAYA, MANGO AND ME()

I'm gonna need another dose of Anna Karina Godard. As you can see in the video below I'm very tired. Just look at those eyes. I feel like I've been eating all day, which is actually what I did. I picked up my parents from the airport with my brother. They returned from their three week vacation in Suriname and brought a lot of fruit especially for me! And I love fruit. Papaya, mango and some sorts you won't find here. Had not done any of those waving on the webcam videos in a long time. So I thought let's just do one. Just for me :) Throw myself out there. Probably going to watch Le Petit Soldat in a couple of minutes. Tomorrow I'll focus on my thesis again. It has been such an exhausting week. My videos come without sound. No microphone. Seems I should turn on the light, it's getting dark. Can you believe I'm already here for 22 years? Sometimes I still can't.
